1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within this 14-day window.

2. Eligibility & Item Condition

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in the same condition that you received it.
The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
The product and its packaging must be in resalable condition.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Inspection and Partial Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the item or packaging is returned in a damaged condition or shows signs of use that prevent it from being resold as new, buundy reserves the right to issue a partial refund.
The deduction amount will be determined based on the level of damage or depreciation of the product’s value.

5. Refund Process

If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Country-Specific Policy Notice

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

For international orders (including but not limited to Türkiye and other countries),
return conditions, shipping costs, and refund processes may vary based on destination,
local regulations, and logistics partners.
